The property/house was clean and well furnished in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a close, pleasant drive to Magic Kingdom. It is also close to grocery store and restaurants. The pool and hot tub area were also nice. There are pool alarms on all the sliding glass doors. The house had no issues. The furnishings were in reasonably good condition. The master is ENORMOUS. The 2nd twin is a re-purposed den at the front of the house. It was fine, but it is very bright as soon as theres daylight. The photos provided are accurate. We made one call about the garbage disposal but someone came and fixed it promptly. The washer and dryer worked well. There are several strollers in the garage and I also saw a Christmas tree in there. The owner contact was friendly and helpful, so I think if you happen to have any issues, they would be resolved quickly. It was a painless drive to/from Disney and Universal was about 20 minutes away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Tim was great with us and very humble, and we love the space we had for everyone to have their own privacy. Well do it again.

This is a very nice home with 6 bedrooms and perfect for a multi-generation get-together. The listing and pictures are accurate, and the property is clean and well maintained. We had a smoke alarm battery rundown (ping, ping) which was immediately fixed with a single call to the management company. The location is good and not very far from Disney World. There is an emergency medical center two blocks away and a Publix a few miles away. The neighborhood is also well maintained with manicured lawns and frequent trash pickups. WiFi and cable were good. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. Very nice home, good location and reasonably priced.

The description and pictures were very accurate! This was a clean and comfortable property located in a nice area. We had plenty of room for a party of 6. There is easy access to Disney and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this location!

The property manager was delightful and easy to work with. I had an early flight and check-in wasnt until 4pm but the manager allowed me to check in early. The house was very clean and exactly as described on the website. No tricks! You know exactly what youre getting into even over 1,000 miles away!
